The rest of the day off for your enjoyment.
Day 4
Back in the ol' days, cowboys from Guanacaste and other northern regions in Costa Rica would occasionally take off for a "guy's night out". They would hop on their horses and visit the local Cantina for a few drinks and "bocas" (typical side dishes served with a cold beer). It was common to see the men passed out drunk on their horses while these would carefully take their masters back home. The Cantina Tour will bring you as close as possible to this tradition without the passing out part! Ride trails that were originally used by the oxcarts while stopping at a few cantinas on the way for a cold drink and the typical “boca”. This is an adult only tour and usually leaves around 3:30pm and returns at around 6pm while riding home by moonlight or starlight.
