Hotel PURE provides ONE STOP SHOP solutions (OSS) to hotels and resorts, from a world renowned recognizable name brand, Building individual identity and characteristic, world wide web presence, Real Time Online Internet Reservations Solution (FROL), Hotel PURE Property Management System (HPPMS), Integrated ONE STOP Gateway GDS distribution Channels, Hotel Daily Revenue / Yield Management, Physical Day to Day Hotel Management Services and consultations, to, assisting your hotel with interior and exterior design rendering needs.

Services provided for our guests are online and over the phone hotel bookings and all payment processing. Hotel PURE, its representatives nor employees will assume liability during such travel for injury, damage, loss accident, delay or irregularly which may be occasioned either by reason or defect in any vehicle or for any reason whatsoever, or through the acts of default or any company or person engaged in covering the passenger or in carrying out the arrangement of the tour.

Hotel PURE cannot be held responsible for losses or additional expenses due to independent delay hotel or airline irregularities, sickness, weather or any tours, schedules and rates and to cancel or substitute stops on any tour without notice, and to use the services or affiliated companies as deemed necessary.

Security

All Personal Information provided by the customer will be voluntarily and willingly submitted by the user with the purpose of finalizing transaction in regards to the services offered on this website. Personal information such as name, address, email, phone number, services requested and any other contact information will be securely kept by Hotel PURE as a record of its customers and for an optimal customer service for future sales.

Personal Information such as Credit Cards, Bank Accounts, Social Security Numbers, ID numbers and any other financial or legal identification information will NOT be stored in our database. This type of Personal Information will be used at the moment the transaction is being carried out under strict and state of the art online security. After the transaction has been finalized and processed, this information will NOT be stored by Hotel PURE or any of its affiliates.

Hotel PURE Property Policies

Rates

All rates published are quoted in United States Dollars unless otherwise stated. The prices shown DO NOT include applicable hotel taxes, service fees and optional services (such as laundry, mini bar, in-room movies, parking fees, etc.).

The base rate which is shown is per room based on double occupancy unless otherwise specified.

The maximum number of guests allowed per room will depend on the Hotel PURE property. The default allowance is following:

Guests per Room: 4 (2 Double Bed Rooms)
Guests per Room: 2 (King Bed Rooms)
Children per Room: 2
Infants per Room: 2

Once you have reviewed and submitted your reservation, your credit card will be charged the total cost shown on the screen at time of purchase. Prices and room availability are not guaranteed until full payment is received.

If you need to change or cancel your hotel reservations, please read the following information as cancellation fees and penalties may apply.

Booking Additional Rooms

If you wish to book additional rooms once you have submitted your first reservation, please do so under a different name as the system may interpret it as a duplicate reservation and cancel it.

Hotel Booking Cancellations and/or Changes

Cancelation Policy:

All cancellations and changes (except for the addition of more nights or room upgrade) will incur a $30.00 U.S Dollar Service Fee.

Cancellation Policies for “Best Available Rates”: Reservations not cancelled by 12 pm Mountain Standard Time, 24 hours prior to scheduled arrival date, will be subject to charges equivalent to one night's stay plus taxes and fees.
