Oriens Enters US Hospitality Industry – Signs First Full Service Hotel under its Hotel PURE Brand
Oriens Travel and Hotel Management Corp. (OTC:OTHM), a Global Boutique Hotel Lodging Brand Provider operating its Hotel PURE brand, is pleased to announce it has signed its first Full Service Hotel in the United States to operate under its Hotel PURE brand commencing August 3, 2009.
Following Oriens successful completion of its technologies and proven business strategies, leading to representing over 100 hotel properties in Central America, Oriens has entered the United States hospitality industry earlier this year to recruit hotel lodging properties into its Hotel PURE brand. As a result, Oriens has signed its first Full Service Hotel in Erie, PA with 192 guest rooms, convention center accommodating up to 1000 people, restaurant and bars and will re-brand the hotel as Hotel PURE Avalon Erie. A new Internet website is currently being developed along with the initiation of comprehensive marketing strategies to assist escalating the daily occupancy rate of the hotel.
In addition to the re-branding of the hotel to Hotel PURE, Oriens has also signed a management contract to operate the hotel physically to ensure the level of customer service standard is improved along with streamlining daily operations of the hotel, utilizing Oriens Hotel Management personnel.
With the consummating of this re-branding and management Contract, Oriens will also integrate its FROL Online Booking / Payment Processing engine into the new website to process all hotel room reservations conducted through the website. Oriens expects launching the new website early next week.
