I stayed at Tropicana a second time and brought friends along. We had a wonderful time and absolutely loved it! The service is the best–all the staff members are so friendly and helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and felt like part of a caring family. The rooms that we had (5 & 7) were very clean and comfortable with gorgeous tilework around the sinks/tubs. Lovely gardens and pool, delicious food at the restaurant, yummy drinks made by talented Manuel at the bar, super nice drivers, and pretty crafts in town are just a few of the additional reasons why my friends and I are looking forward to a return visit.

We started missing Tropicana Hotel the moment we left!

We stayed at the Tropicana from March 29, 2008 thru April 5,2008.
The stay there was excellent. There were four of us in our party. From the time we arrived until the day we left, the staff was super. Service was very good. When we needed something, we called and received it right away. The room was perfect and they were cleaned daily.. The pools were clean. There were always workers going around cleaning the grounds all day long. We went to have dinner and enjoyed the food and entertainment very much. We did go to Tamarindo and purchase some of our food. I would highly recommend this hotel. It was very comfortable. We enjoyed it very much.
