Smack in the middle of the Gandoca-Manzanillo Wildlife Refuge in Costa Rica’s South Atlantic Coast is the Costa Rica Tree House Lodge . The Tree House is a two room, two story house built in and around a Sangrillo Tree. The bathroom is built completely around the tree giving it an adventurous feel at the same time the comfort of modern day life is provided. The Tree House has a fully equipped kitchen and air conditioned rooms and can fit 6 people.
The Beach House has been built just 80 meters from the shoreline and can hold up to 4 people. The Beach House has a unique overlapping roof which allows for the ocean breeze to enter through the house as well as lighting. One spacious open room is what is found on the first level where kitchen, living room and a bedroom perfectly come together.
The Beach Suite is the Tree House Lodge’s most recent addition and boasts of having the largest bathroom in the country. At 800 square feet, the Beach Suite’s bathroom has a double shower with two large shower heads perfectly hidden in the ceiling. Giant faucet knobs and a giant molded water spitting Anaconda are just a few of the other attractions in this spectacular bathroom. In the middle of the bathroom is a Sea-Horse Jacuzzi which will make you want to stay all day long.
All houses were built from fallen trees in the Refuge and consist of Nispero and Casha Trees which are characterized by being extremely strong and lasting wood. The Costa Rica Tree House Lodge will guarantee all guests an unforgettable stay in one of Costa Rica’s most beautiful beaches.
