Every year, the International Restaurant and Hotel Awards are conducted honoring the world’s top rated restaurants and hotels.  An international jury reviews entries from over 45 countries and focuses on service. 

On June 13, 2008, Hotel PURE will be competing for the International Restaurant and Hotel Awards’ Green Award.  The Green Award is given out to the top rated eco-friendly hotel.  This year’s gala will be conducted by Travel Channel’s own Mark de Carlo in Beverly Hills, California.  

Hotel PURE properties in Costa Rica comply with the country’s sustainability program after having followed a rigorous and environmentally conscious program.

The nomination has come as a surprise to Hotel PURE and only encourages its collaborators to continue with their hard work.
